1. Order Processing Time

All validated customer orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and statutory public holidays. Processing timelines may be prolonged during flash sales, holiday promotions or periods of high order volume. We will send official email notifications to buyers immediately once significant shipping delays are identified.

2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates

All applicable shipping costs will be auto-calculated and explicitly displayed on the checkout interface prior to payment, ensuring transparent pricing for every transaction.

Tracking status and parcel movement data will generally be updated and available for online checking within 24-48 hours after the logistics carrier completes parcel collection.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for confirming the validity, accuracy and full details of their shipping address during checkout.
WAI MEI NG shall not be held accountable for misdelivery, failed delivery or parcel losses resulting from wrong or incomplete address information provided by customers. Any packages returned to our warehouse due to address errors will incur additional reshipping fees, which are payable by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
If your parcel is missing or lost during transit, please get in touch with our customer service team within 7 days of your scheduled delivery date to launch an investigation.
Damaged Items:
If your delivered bag products arrive with physical damage, structural defects or torn packaging, please contact our support team within 48 hours upon receipt. Clear photos of damaged merchandise and original outer packaging are required for verification. Our team will assess the issue thoroughly and deliver a proper resolution as soon as possible.

6. Product Care and International Shipping Notice

Each bag product comes with dedicated care instructions for daily use, cleaning and storage. Customers should follow the official guidelines to maintain product quality. WAI MEI NG accepts no liability for product damage caused by improper maintenance, unauthorized alteration, incorrect cleaning methods or human misuse.
International shipments may be subject to destination country customs duties, import taxes and miscellaneous clearance fees. All such additional charges are the customer’s exclusive responsibility and are not included in the product price or basic shipping fees.
